Following the example

People are incredibly sensitive to one another. They respond to mute shifts in emotion, often without even registering the fact consciously. These responses then radiate through their relational networks to four degrees of separation and beyond. Aristotle’s insight consequently seems well confirmed, both by theological warrant and by the evidence of social psychology, that people change in relation to one another, communally.
