I know that proofreading is one of the most thankless tasks in the world, but that's a bit ridiculous! I can assure you we would notice the lack of movement here at Eisenbrauns!

great story, but we heard the same one some years ago -- now this corpse has been resurrected for a new round -- only still a corpse.

Suspect an urban myth . . . .

Yes, it would have to be an urban legend because the stench from the corpse should have been noticed sooner.

Nevertheless, it is still funny because the portrait of proofreading rings so true. Thanks for the chuckle!
