Thanks for sharing this food for thought... My husband and I enjoy your blog immensely. He is hoping to pursue a PhD in ancient Near East studies, and I am in the midst of a thesis about home food gardening and preservation. We started making our own cheese this year. Needless to say, every post holds something of interest!
